Parkinson's Exercise Class, Deal

An exercise class tailored to people with Parkinson’s, their partners & carers. Exercises can be adapted to suit your needs. Accessible venue and free parking.

The class will be charged at the regular class rate (as per Deal Leisure Centre costings), however if participants are signed up to the free Parkinson's membership they will not be charged.

Every Wednesday 11am - 12pm at Tides Leisure Centre, Park Ave, Deal CT14 9UU.
